I have always had this question about Henriette and other female coopers such as Karin Coopergiwa and Suzanne Cooper. If Henriette was a Cooper by birth, then she would not really by Sly's direct ancestor. Being a Cooper by birth would also mean that her children (if she had any) could not inherit the Thievius Raccoonus as they would not inherit the Cooper surname. My hypothesis is that she is a Cooper by marriage. That way, her children would carry the Cooper surname, and she should truly by an ancestry of Sly.
