I think some of us are trying to force her involvement into Sly 5 while really its not necessary and would be out of place.
The next game will likely show the rise of clockwerk, and the ones who brought it forth. I doubt we will recognize any bosses, apart from perhaps the ancestors of a few of them.
I don't know, i think that having her leave the series that way isn't very satisfying, plus having her in only two games, plus some part of me feels that there may be more to this whole thing, sly's dissappearance into time, than what we can think of.
