That sounds awesome and all, but I really think that people don't see that Penelope's just evil. In Sly 3 she was really only with them to break into a huge vault full of loot when you think about it. She explains in the game that she thought they could do so much with their intelligence. Inventing so many big things to make a fortune.What about the new main villian, maybe the main one behind the events of the Time trilogy? Not necessarily. She wasn't making animal hybrids, and trying to break into something she believed belonged to her.
