I've just come up with the biggest idea that ye'll never heard in your lives. Listen.
While Bentley worked on searching for Sly, he noticed something from the postcards that Penelope had send to; behind her own logo was a mysterious vulture-shaped shadow (literally someone behind Penelope's double-crossing). As Bentley searched whose shadow behind Penelope's logo, he realized that the shadow had belonged to his childhood nemesis; Count Basil - Former circus ringmaster into a malevolent hypnotist also the killer of Bentley's parents. Also the realiziation about Penelope was that she'd been forced to consume illegal spice after abducted unexpectably, now hypnotized in Basil's spell. With the tensions rosed, Bentley rallied up the entire Cooper gang to search for Sly and solve the mysteries of Count Basil's dastardly schemes. Yet there would be twisted surprises, hijinks and lots of mind-bending twists along the way.
