I don't know if anyone pays to fine attention, but on the back of the Sly 4 case, at the top in the gray area, all it says is "trophies". Games will say DLC there if they have, or even plan to have DLC. Look at other cases, they say online multiplayer, voice chat, etc. You can very very safely assume that there's not going to be DLC.
