People get away with a lot more now than ever. The series, if each game came out now, would be rated E10+ at the most. Remember, E10+ didn't exist until March 2005, that's why Sly 2 was just rated E.
As a really quick example, take the first four Ratchet games. They were T. Now they're E10+.
I mean the rating for some games are complete and utter non sense one of the plants vs zombies games got a M in my country.
