Typically, disambiguated pages have a parenthetical suffix to distinguish them from other topics, such as Sly Cooper (the character) and Sly Cooper (the series). Thus, Sly Cooper (disambiguation) is the disambiguation page, listing both articles.

Disambiguation pages should normally only be created for titles that have more than two topics. For titles with only two topics, the {{for}} template should be used on both pages.
