The Circus Banner was a prize featured in Bentley's Hackpack. It could be unlocked from the prize gallery in Bentley's Arcade for 244 tokens.
The banner was designed to promote a medieval circus act performed by Sir Galleth Cooper. It was created on brown parchment paper hung from a small rack. Appearing in the picture is an illustration of Sir Galleth himself.
