Ruby?
I noticed that inside the police headquarters (the hallway to Carmelita's office), there is wanted posters of Panda King and his henchman from the 4th level. Something else I noticed was that there was a poster across from it with a what looks to be a male alligator with a chef's hat on. Was that an early sketch of Mz. Ruby possibly?
