The Ceremonial Lantern is a treasure found in "Jailbreak" of Sly 2: Band of Thieves. It can be sold on ThiefNet for 451 coins.
This orange-colored lantern features light blue glass on each side, surrounding the light inside. It is located within the prison grounds, at the top of the tower where the "Lightning Action" job is located. This loot is not booby-trapped, but if there happens to be a guard strolling past it, he will notice that it is missing.
