Three lieutenants mutinied on Cantankerous Tim, the second of which stole his peg leg. He had many bodyguards, all of which were defeated by Sly Cooper before the latter unscrewed Tim's peg leg from him and stole it in order to create a disguise used to make Black Spot Pete think he was Tim.[1] The lieutenant toppled over at once and died on contact with the ground.
He was the only lieutenant of the three not to have a confirmed name.
