There are two demos for Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time.
Demos
Ratchet & Clank Collection demo
On August 28, 2012 the first demo available came with a new North American copy of the Ratchet & Clank Collection, an HD remaster of the Ratchet & Clank trilogy on the PS3.[1] It featured the job "Juggling Act" (known at the time as "The Amazing Cooperoni"), which has Sly Cooper traveling through a circus to rescue his medieval ancestor Sir Galleth Cooper.
Prologue demo
On January 22, 2013, two weeks before the North American release of Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time (February 5, 2013), a demo released on the PlayStation Store that featured the prologue job "I Smell a Rat."[2]
