"Down the Line" is a job for Murray and Penelope in "A Cold Alliance" of Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves.
Objective
Save Murray from being blown up by the dynamite.
Walkthrough
Using Penelope's RC car, you will need to beat the lit fuse up the mountain to save Murray. Follow the fuse along the trail of gunpowder. Drive as fast as you can!
There are several dragons that appear as you ride up the mountains. Remember to press 
to drive, and hold 
to shoot. You will also need to shoot through some crumbly rocks that block your path. There are also explosive barrels along the path, so make sure you destroy them from a distance to avoid damage to the car.
Once you reach Murray before the fuse does, the mission is complete!
