Water Safety
Oh yeah, this will come in handy. It's Suzanne Cooper's notes pertaining to water safety. With this knowledge under your belt, you won't have to lose a charm whenever you fall into water.

Water Safety was a power-up from Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus. It would stop Sly Cooper from taking damage and losing Lucky Charms when falling in water.
It was developed by his ancestor Suzanne Cooper, who had an aversion to water, which inspired her to develop this power-up and document it in the Thievius Raccoonus. With this power-up, she was able to safely jump out of water without losing a Lucky Charm. Once Sly obtained the page with this information, he was able to use it to his advantage during his many capers in the game.
In Sly 2: Band of Thieves and onward, Sly would apparently forget this technique and once again be susceptible to drowning. However, in Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, Sir Raleigh's Frog Hat serves a similar function to Water Safety. The only difference is that it works for all playable characters, not just Sly.
