Stun, also called Time Stopper, is a power-up in Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus. Invented by Colonel Reid Cooper, it is obtainable from the 15th and final vault, not counting any blueprints. The clues used to obtain this technique were written in an owl dialect by Clockwerk, and they were only decipherable after defeating him.

Time Stopper is activated by pressing . Sly Cooper will spin his cane above his head before slamming it on the ground. As a result, all guards will become stunned for several seconds, unable to move.

A similar move is available for Bentley and Murray in Sly 2: Band of Thieves and Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves, respectively, where it is known as the Temporal Lock.

Only two bosses in the series are affected by this move, and they are Muggshot and the Panda King.
