The Size Destabilizer is a purchasable power-up for Bentley in Sly 2: Band of Thieves and Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves.
Description
This power-up equips Bentley's crossbow or wheelchair with a special element. When he hits an enemy while this power-up is active, the enemy will shrink to a minuscule size, thus decreasing the ability for them to attack or pursue Bentley. While shrunken, enemies can be defeated with less hits than usual. Their attacks will still harm Bentley, but the damage is minimal. After a few seconds, the enemies will regress back to their normal size.
Trivia
- In Sly 3, this power-up can be used to shrink Carmelita and kill her with one hit.
- The Size Destabilizer has a bomb equivalent called the Reduction Bomb.
