Charge Shot is a power-up for Carmelita Fox in Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time. It allows her to charge up her shock pistol, allowing it to fire a large blast. It can be purchased from ThiefNet for 300 coins.
Use
After purchasing Charge Shot, it can be used by holding 
to access the Gadget Grid and selecting it from the center. Hold 
to charge a shot and release the button to fire.
