Licks of Lightning is a power-up for Murray in "Of Mice and Mechs" in Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time. It costs 600 coins and is available after completing "Short Supply."
Description
Licks of Lightning is a special pair of gloves covered in a blue electric aura. When in use, they allow Murray to throw punches that electrocute enemies in place. Each punch thrown costs energy from the Gadget Meter, and requires a short cooldown period to throw more electric punches if the meter's energy is completely depleted. In order to select the Licks of Lightning, hold 
to bring up Murray's gadget grid, and use 
to find the gloves before releasing .
