Cuffs of Confusion is a power-up for Murray in "40 Thieves" of Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time. It costs 800 coins and is available after completing "Lost and Found."
Description
Cuffs of Confusion is a special pair of gloves. When in use, they allow Murray to throw punches that cause enemies to run around aimlessly for a few moments. Each punch thrown costs energy from the Gadget Meter, and requires a short cooldown period to throw more confusion punches if the meter's energy is completely depleted. In order to select the Cuffs of Confusion, hold 
to bring up Murray's gadget grid and use 
to find the gloves before releasing .
