Jailbird guard
Jailbirds (also known as Paulie Shackles) were enemy guards encountered in "Sunset Snake Eyes" of Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus. They were employed by Muggshot to protect his casino from possible intruders.
Description
They were gray basset hounds that wore an orange jumpsuit and gold necklaces with a "$" sign on them. Their weapon of choice was the ball-and-chain shackled to their ankle, which they used as a flail to swing at their enemies. If used in succession, they would laugh while swinging their ball-and-chain before accidentally hitting themselves with them.
If they could not spot any intruders, they would spend hours gnawing on their chains whilst keeping an eye out for the law. Sly's binocucom states that they hate Coopers and Coppers.
