Walkthrough:Bentley Comes Through
"Bentley Comes Through" is a job in "The Cold Heart of Hate" of Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus. It was the first and only job for Bentley in the game, plus it marked the introduction of hacking to the Sly Cooper series.
Walkthrough
The goal here is to hack through four stages of Clockwerk's computer to shut down the gas in the room where Sly and Carmelita are trapped. To move, rotate 
, and to shoot, move 
. You will need to collect a total of thirteen yellow security codes, which are each trapped in green data packets. When shooting them open, their pieces scatter around quickly, and touching them causes damage to Bentley's avatar.
Also note that if you are currently carrying a Lucky Charm, Bentley's avatar will also have one. If you take any damage that causes you lose your Lucky Charm, Sly will also be affected by this. The avatar's health is indicated by five green bars displayed in the top-left corner of the screen. Also keep in mind that collecting all of the security codes in each level automatically destroys any remaining data packets, meaning there is not need to destroy every bit yourself.
When you reach level 2, you will trigger one of Clockwerk's security algorithms, which are shaped like owls. They shoot red blips that will do significant damage to Bentley if touched. You can shoot them out, or just avoid them. If you drive toward an algorithm on its own, it will jump over you, allowing you to still pass by. When you reach levels 3 and 4, try to clear out the data packets as much as possible before collecting the codes. At this point, the difficulty increases, as the security algorithms will also start firing two blips instead of one. Level 4 is when you will be able to collect all thirteen codes and fulfill the task.
