"Burning Rubber" is a job in "The Cold Heart of Hate" of Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus.
Walkthrough
The task here is simple: collect sixty computers before the fire slugs do. Press 
to use the van's battering ram against the fire slugs. The computers drop down frequently and the room can get flooded with fire slugs. Do as much ramming as possible to keep their score from getting higher than yours. Once you collect sixty computers, you compete the mission. Murray will then drive the van up to the entrance to the next room.
