"Ballroom Dance Party" was a job for Sly Cooper in "A Starry Eyed Encounter" of Sly 2: Band of Thieves. The goal was to infiltrate the ballroom and score a dance with Carmelita during the heist.
The job beacon is located right in front of the ballroom door. You can reach it either by following the stairways or using an awning to reach a vine that connects to the ballroom balcony. This mission only consists of a cutscene, followed by a brief conversation between Sly and Bentley. The job will then end, and you will be directed to the new "Steal a Tuxedo" mission at the guest house.
