"Eavesdrop on Contessa" was a job for Bentley in Jailbreak of Sly 2: Band of Thieves. It is the first job in the episode.
Objective
Head to the Contessa's house and find out the location of Sly and Murray.
Walkthrough
Bentley should make his way to the Contessa's house. Beware of the tank patrolling the area around it. When heading through the walkway to the top of her house, make sure to jump over the spike traps. Once he is at the top, Bentley will notice the Contessa making her rounds. The Contessa must be tagged four times with Bentley's sleep darts to get the information Bentley needs.
- Once Bentley tags the Contessa with his first dart, she will reveal that the Klaww Gang is falling apart and that spice productions have all but stopped. She will then reveal that she is a member of the Klaww Gang and that she is planning to hypnotize Sly and Murray. She considers their morality lopsided and that it flies in the face of man's inherent selfishness. She believes they'll see it her way soon enough.
- The second dart will reveal that she makes money from the criminals sent to her by INTERPOL by hypnotizing the said criminals into revealing the location of their fortune, but she needs more spice to help with the hypnosis.
- The third dart will reveal that she plans to hypnotize Murray, whom she calls a "weak-minded hippo", first since she believes that he will be the easiest to break with the hypnosis. She will also reveal that she plans to gain the Cooper gang's fortune by hypnotizing Sly and Murray into revealing the fortune's location.
- The fourth will reveal that the Contessa considers Sly's mind complex and rebellious and that she is keeping Sly in "The Hole" for about a month or two to break his mind. She mentions that the guards along the wall all have motion detectors and Sly has apparently already seen all that, so therefore Sly can't make any escape from "The Hole". She believes that the slow reality of this will set in on Sly and that will make him weak enough for the Contessa to hypnotize him.
Once Bentley has hit her with four darts, the job will be complete.
