Walkthrough:Theft on the Rails
"Theft on the Rails" was a job for Sly Cooper in He Who Tames the Iron Horse of Sly 2: Band of Thieves.
Goals
- Sneak onto the train
- Steal the Clockwerk lung
Walkthrough
Head over to the train tracks and wait until the final carriage is passing which can be climbed up. Once on top, open the caboose hatch and jump inside.
The first room contains two flashlight guards who will doze off periodically. Once they are asleep jump over the seats opposite them being careful not to smash the bottles on the floor which will wake them. The next room contains floor lasers and a spotlight. The central laser moves from side to side, so time jumps carefully and watch out for the spotlight which will also swing from side to side. The next car's interior is inaccessible, so climb on top with the ladder and take out the four guards (knocking them off the train will kill them instantly). Jump off from the top of the car to platform guarded by two flashlight guards. Wait until both turn away before jumping down and taking the first out with a sneak attack. Then hide under the table and either sneak past or take out the final guard once his flashlight moves away.
The next room contains another set of moving lasers which move much quicker and are slanted making them harder to avoid. Jump side to side staying within the gap's and head into the final carriage. Inside are three flashlight guards, one of which is fast asleep. Sneak attack the sleeper then avoid the other as he paces around taking him out after. The final guard should be no trouble so take him out before heading into the engine room and claiming the second Clockwerk lung.
