"Moonlight Rendezvous" was a job for Sly Cooper in "The Black Chateau" of Sly 2: Band of Thieves.
Objective
Follow Neyla around town.
Walkthrough
Hold 
down to run in order to keep up with Neyla, and do not fall behind. Doing so will fail the mission, and so will hitting her. Use the gold sparkles trailing off of her to keep track of her.
You may encounter guards along the way. If so, you should not go out of your way to defeat these foes, as Neyla can defeat any intercepting guards with one hit. If not, still ignore them by tailing behind Neyla, as they will eventually back off. The Smoke Bomb can also be used to get enemies off your back.
The job is finished once you have followed Neyla to the back door of Dimitri's nightclub.
