"Spice in the Sky" was a job for Sly Cooper in He Who Tames the Iron Horse of Sly 2: Band of Thieves.
Objective
Use the spice gas to blow the locks off the Iron Horse trains.
Walkthrough
Head for the job beacon and wait for Bentley to give Sly the overview. Once Sly jumps onto the ice plane and Murray flies him up, get ready to start paragliding. The pressure from popping the balloons will keep you aloft, so keep gliding and popping balloons until the gas tank is full. The tank will glow green as an indicator that it's full. Once you see this, glide down carefully onto the caboose of a train. Repeat the same process for the other two trains. Once all three trains are unlocked, the job will be a success!

while gliding, or you will blow the tank up!
